LaBlast is a partner-free dance program that anyone can participate in and learn to dance, get fit, and have fun.  The mission for LaBlast® is simple: to get people moving from all corners of the world, regardless of their fitness level, age, or background, all through the power of dance!

Lite Cardio Fit includes a low impact cardio class segment, light strength training and cool down.

Silver Sneakers


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is available if need for seated or standing support.

A 50 minutes fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling class - the ultimate calories killer. Start pedaling and let go as the music takes you on the ride of your life along various terrains, speeds and intensities. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat!!

We practice a moving meditation linking poses with the flow of the breath, music, and yoga philosophy. A practice of effort and ease, we move at a steady pace building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength.
