Complimentary Training Session
Super Fitness wants each member to experience the benefits of meeting with a personal trainer.
That is why we offer a complimentary personal training consultation to each and every member. This one hour session is devoted to:
- Learning more about your exercise and health history
- Assessing your fitness level
- Providing you with valued information that will help you achieve your goals
Upon completion of your complementary session, your one hour training sessions will begin with a combination of weight training and cardio one to five times per week. During each session, your trainer will always be there to assist you, teach you proper techniques, and encourage you to go farther than you thought you could go. We also offer couples training which allows you and a friend to share the expense while experiencing the benefits of a personal trainer together.
