Route 250 Performance Training is not your typical gym.  Our facility is located in the back of Super Fitness and is based on functional fitness: total body training and understanding everyday movements. Realizing how the body naturally moves and strengthening your core while learning how to efficiently and effectively move this magnificent machine that is your body is our goal.

When you come to Route 250 change is inevitable, your body will become stronger and faster and more productive in your everyday life. We invite you to come and experience fitness in a whole new way, change your body, your outlook on fitness and most importantly make a positive change in your life.

Getting Started

ON Ramp is designed and is a great way to check out the gym if you want a hands-on try-out of what we do and what we are all about.  You will be taught the class structure, and the foundational movements used in all of the classes in Route 250 Performance Training.

Option #1 – On Ramp

In order to begin attending our group classes, new members must take our 6 class over two weeks ON Ramp course.

These are introductory classes and run in a series on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:00am, 9:00am, or 6:000pm.

– Each cycle starts on Monday and it is only $10.00 to reserve your class.

Class size is limited to 5 people per session.  If you cannot attend any of the ON Ramp times you may set up a personal training session to get started.

You do not have to reserve your next ON Ramp classes and may mix and match the times to fit your schedule once you have taken the first class.

Option #2 – Personal Training

We also offer a more in-depth 6 class 1 on 1 or 1 on 2 ON Ramp program that can be completed on your own schedule for $149.00.

This is great for members who:

  • Have been sedentary for an extended period of time and would like to ease into training more gradually.
  • Have a busy schedule and cannot make our regularly scheduled ON Ramp classes.
  • Would like the focused and undivided attention of one of our world class coaches at a discounted rate for 6 training sessions.

Option #3 – Experienced 
If you are experienced you may by pass our ON Ramp class.  Simply call us and we can get you set up with a membership.
