To get started our ON RAMP class begins every Monday at 6:00 pm.
ON RAMP is designed for beginners in Route 250 Performance Training. You will be taught class structure, and the foundation movements used in all class workouts.
The exercises are taught over a 2 week period to give you a better understanding of how they work and apply to your every day life.
The ON RAMP class takes place in a small group setting to give you an optimal learning experience and get you ready for a fun and fulfilling exercise program!
